I know there are some pretty great cooks in our family, and I thought some of you might be interested in this. We have opened it to the public. It is a cooking class given by a friend of mine who grew up in Quincy, Mass and taught in southern Maine. He has written 2 cookbooks (I have both) and teaches cooking classes for places including Stonewall Kitchen. Chris is a great teacher - he makes things easy...and his food is YUMMY! It’s THIS Friday (Dec. 4). In case anyone is interested. <br>
